September 30, 2011 (week in review)

This week was a great week with lots of fun.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were spent at home which seems rare these days.  Both J and M worked on their Math and English using Future School.  Both are making excellent progress.

J also worked on his French using Rosetta Stone and even began a new exercise routine using P90X.  This is a very hard workout but he is doing fantastic.

Thursday was a Co-op Day.  Both J and M are loving this group.  The OM class is 2 hours of hard work but lots of fun.  I hear so much about what they are doing and how much they love it and learning team work.  J also finished his duct tape bag in crafts class.  Very cool.  M made tea in cooking class.  She is not a tea drinker but enjoyed it and said it actually took away a mild headache she had!

Friday was a day spent with other homeschoolers cooking and enjoying/learning some basic home economics.  This is a monthly class that includes 10 others kids who cook, clean and learn about home functions.  Great time was had by all.

All in all a great week.
