Today was the first day of the new 4H Co-op we joined. It started at 10 and end at 3. J, M and D had an awesome time. D said it was a bit overwhelming at times but the people made it all worthwhile. J is so excited and told me he had the best time and can't wait until next Thursday! M is a bit more reserved but shared that she had an excellent day.
Both will be participating in Odyssey of the Mind - OM is an international educational program that provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students from kindergarten through college. Team members apply their creativity to solve problems that range from building mechanical devices to presenting their own interpretation of literary classics. They then bring their solutions to competition on the local, state, and World level.
J is also participating in Duct Tape Crafts - Bring a roll of Duct Tape and be led in some super cool projects.
M is also participating in Cooking. On the menu: Bread and Butter, Cheese and Crackers, Herbal Teas, Personal Care Products, and Homemade Cleaning Supplies.
Sounds like a lot of fun!!! ;-)
